Observation

(1)(a) The cabinet under the kitchen sink, where toxic products are stored, has a safety latch that is not latching securely. (1)(a) There are hygiene products in the bathroom accessible to children in the bathtub/shower area. Some of the products have labels indicating they must be kept out of reach of children. The items in the shower caddy are within reach of a child as a child could stand on the edge of the tub to reach them. (5) The storage shed in the back yard was not locked and has a lawn mower inside that would be accessible to children.
